Home Remodel

This is the wooden dollhouse I recently bought on Craigslist for my little girl. I plan on painting it yellow, and making new curtains. Not sure how the roof will look though. I can't believe how into it I amIt came with all this furniture that I'm not exactly crazy about, but there are many options out there. They sell pedestal sinks and clawfoot tubs, all kinds of stuff.
I plan on putting it on a side table in her room and maybe collecting a few more over the years, I've had my eye on one of these victorian beauties for a while now (but not teal green), maybe for her first Christmas. I love a toy that's actually wood and can be handed down, so sweet.

P.S. My camera sucks ◦

Beca it has been forever. I think next time I see you will be holding your little baby. (I have something for you btw)

Liz did you ever see that episode of Gilmore Girls where Lorelai puts her childhood dollhouse close to her stairs in the entry of her house. Wood dollhouses are so beautiful, they'd look good anywhere. You're so lucky to have one. BTW, the whole house thing fell through we have to rent for another year probably. Closing was a few days after my brother passed away and things were just crazy and not right at the time. It just wasn't meant to be I guess.
